About me

Charles Barton is an accomplished cross cultural trainer and IT consultant from India with extensive experience in areas of intercultural competencies, team building and IT training. Since 2009, Charles has worked in multinational project teams in Germany, starting as an IT consultant and then used his practical experience to build strong intercultural competence. He has worked with companies like IBM, Capgemini and Cognizant and has handled guest lectures on cross cultural topics at Fachhochschule (Munich). His training experience is well above 500 hours and consists of both short and high volume trainings for an international audience.

Charles has the expertise to help you dive into the Indian culture with real life experiences from business, family and social situations. He presents you the cultural understanding of India from its original perception and helps you understand it in a German context. He uses examples, illustrations and role-plays to make the cross cultural training a true learning experience.
